Our regional focus to acquire apartment buildings and mobile home parks all over the State of Florida and potentially other markets nationwide.
We believe these asset classes are the best investments for the long term and short term perspective.
How We Do It
1st: We look for Motivated Sellers.
2nd: We look for properties that are mismanaged Typically, these properties are distressed, and aren’t fulfilling their potential.
3rd: By buying under-managed properties, we are able to implement a strong value add a plan and create long term wealth in equity, cash flow, and appreciation.
